SITUATIONAL REPORT ON MCE’S ENGAGEMENT WITH STAFF OF NEW JUABEN NORTH

The New Juaben North Municipal Assembly has held its first staff durbar for the year 2025 at the Assembly’s hall.

The durbar was to introduce the New Chief Executive to discuss issues concerning staff, welfare, among others.

The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon.Samuel Adongo in his address welcomed everyone and stated that it was a privilege to be part of such a gathering which enables Management to interact with it’s staff. He encouraged all to take part in the fruitful interactions and share ideas with regards to the Assembly.

The MCE urged staffs to embrace a strong work ethics, explaining that the role of a staff is the responsibility to impact the lives of the citizenry. He encouraged staffs to foster a culture of collaboration and support, treating one another with kindness and respect.

Earlier on, the MCE met with the various heads of department to familiarize himself with the core mandates of the various departments.

The Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Ndinga Nborinyi touched on some key issues that needed attention such as attitude to work, good human relationships, teamwork and the need to help in the implementation of the Government policies.

The Staff had the opportunity to ask questions and made suggestions which Management addressed accordingly. Present was the MCE and his team, MCD, Heads of the various departments, staff of the Assembly and the Media.
