MCE TOURS BECE CENTRES IN THE NEW JUABEN NORTH MUNICIPALITY.
One Thousand One Hundred and Eighty Six (1186) Candidates from 103 Basic Schools in the New Juaben North Municipality on Monday 4th May, 2026 commenced the Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE).
The candidates were from (61) sixty one Public and (45) Private Schools respectively, made up of 530 males and 656 females sat for this year’s examination.
An entourage led by the New Juaben North Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Samuel Adongo toured all four Exams Centres within the Municipality.
The MCE advised Candidates to read through the question papers thoroughly before shading the answers but not rush to answer the questions.
Hon. Samuel Adongo, encouraged candidates to remain calm and focused, assuring them that the questions were based on what they had been taught in class and therefore urged them to approach the exams with confidence.
The Municipal Director for Education, Madam Hilda Amegatcher encouraged the students to be confident and not entertaining fear “You are the future leaders of this country and your journey to greatness and a successful life begins now so make the most of it” she stressed.
The MCE, Hon. Samuel Adongo toured all the four Examinations Centres with the Municipal Education Director, the Municipal Information Officer and some Education Officials.
