The New Juaben North Municipal NADMO Management Team and Zonal Directors have successfully participated in a capacity-building training programme designed to augment leadership competencies and reinforce disaster management operations within the Municipality.
The training concentrated on pivotal areas including Leadership, Domestic Disaster Management, as well as the management of Bushfire and Flood Disasters. Participants were provided with practical knowledge and strategic insights to fortify leadership and improve disaster mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery efforts. This empowerment enables them to execute their responsibilities effectively and enhances disaster management capabilities within the Municipality.
