The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon.Samuel Adongo, has cut sod for the construction of a Bridge at Oyoko Asuogya electoral area in the New Juaben North Municipality.
According to the MCE, the construction of the Bridge will aid the movement of the people in the community and prevent any blockage by the overflow of streams when it rains.
Hon. Adongo stressed that good roads are key for the demands of every individual, hence his commitment to ensure the provision of access roads to all citizenry in the Municipality.
The Chief of Oyoko and the Adontenhene of the New Juaben traditional area, Nana Osei – Bonsu Sempeh II ,was delighted to hear about the project, stating that,the project would give access to numerous people who use this route to their homes when it rains.
The Assemblyman, Hon. Opoku Emmanuel expressed his appreciation to the MCE for showing his concern for the people through this project.
Present was the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Ndinga Nborinyi, the Municipal Head of works, Eng. Kofi Anim Bostie and the Municipal Finance Officer, Mr. William Ompong.
