The New Juaben North Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Samuel Adongo together with some Officials from the Assembly met with Ntanoso Chiefs and residents to discuss issues concerning building permits, school, water, Road between Ntanoso and Nyame-krom, Electricity, Police post petrol and other matters.
He emphasized on the importance of acquiring a building permit thus,reminding residents and Landlords of their civic responsibilities.
He explained that the purpose of the engagement is to bring Local Governance to the doorstep of the people.
Hon. Samuel Adongo expressed his appreciation to the residents for honoring his invitation and reiterated that building permits are essential to ensure legal ownership of their properties.
He however assured them that no penalties would be imposed on them even though many have built without permits.
The Residents, Landlords and caretakers were given the opportunity to ask questions which were addressed accordingly.
Present are the Municipal Coordinating Director and Officers from the Assembly.
