NJNMA HOLDS STAFF DURBAR

 

The New Juaben North Municipal Assembly has held its maiden staff durbar for the year 2026, at the Assembly hall.

The durbar was to take staff through refresher training on performance, discuss punctuality to work, finances and staff welfare among others.

The Municipal Chief Executive of the Assembly, Hon.Samuel Adongo in an address welcomed everyone and said it is his privilege to have such gathering which enables Management to interact with staff.

He urged all to take part in this fruitful interactions with regards to the Assembly.

The MCE explained that the gathering was to help management know the success and challenges of staff.

Hon.Samuel Adongo urged staff to be committed to their jobs and discharge their duties diligently.

The New Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Anthony Kwenin touched on some key issues that bothered him since his resumption in office.

He lamented on how some staff consistently come to work late whiles others do not show up at all.

He stressed that working time is 8am and not 9am.

He stressed on the functionality of Sub-Structures, channel of communication, submission of reports, and closing time from office.

He promised that the performance of the Assembly will improve under his leadership and therefore urge all staff to work hard to enable the Assembly qualify for the District Performance Assessment Tool [DPAT] this year.

The Staff had the opportunity to ask questions and made suggestions which Management addressed accordingly.
