The Eastern Regional Hospital in Koforidua, prepares to celebrate their 100th anniversary of providing health care to the region.
As part of its preparations ,the hospital’s Medical Director, Dr. Arko Akoto -Ampaw led a delegation inviting the MCE to join in the centennial celebration.
He explained that the visit was not only to extend an invitation but to also seek the Assembly’s support in providing essential hospital amenities to enhance health care delivery.
The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Samuel Adongo expressed his appreciation to the Medical Director and his team for the invitation.
He welcomed the hospital’s initiative and assured them of his commitment to rally additional support of the project.
Present at the meeting were the Deputy Head of Finance, the Head of Human Resource Department and the Health Service Administrator.
