In the implementation of TEDMAG trainings within the districts some gaps were identified, it was during the regional TEDMAG engagement workshop that these gaps were extensively discussed for necessary action to be taken to ensure sustainability of TEDMAG activities in the districts. In line with this the Municipal developed an action plan to train Staff on a number of topics based on identified gaps. After the workshop it was further noticed during a monitoring visit that the action plan should be revised to take care of another key issue pertaining in the Municipal. The revised action plan added a training of staff on post- harvest management in the Agricultural value chain.
